GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Governmental Operations
Administrative Procedures/Exemptions [RPCC]; provides procedures for administrative hearings involving allegations of sexual misconduct by licensed professional; requires that rules ensure that due process rights of clients of APD are consistent with Medicaid law; amends provision re regulation of funeral, cemetery, & consumer services by DFS & provision re regulation of pugilistic exhibitions by Fla. State Boxing Commission, etc. Amends FS.
