GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Wise

Firefighter/Municipal Police Pensions [RPCC]; redefines term "special fire control district" to include certain community development districts performing fire suppression & related services; authorizes terms of office for board of trustees of firefighters' pension TF & municipal police officers' retirement TF to be revised under certain circumstances; authorizes community development districts to levy state excise tax on property insurance premiums, etc. Amends Chs. 175, 185, 190.
