Child Support [SPCC]; requires certain provisions to be placed in all child support & income deduction orders; provides for income levels above what is reflected in schedule; revises method for calculating each parent's percentage share of child support need; revises method for calculating each parent's percentage share of said support need; requires DOR to employ automated administrative enforcement of support orders in interstate cases, etc.
