Child Support Enforcement [SPCC]; provides for collection & deposit of annual fee for certain child support cases; revises requirements for certain employers to remit support payments electronically; lowers amount of child support owed to permit federal action against obligor's passport; revises provisions governing automated enforcement of support order from another state; provides for diligent search & inquiry, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 409, 49.011, 742.09.
