Court Costs [LPCC]; requires clerk of court to deposit certain funds for court-related technology needs with chief judge of circuit; requires that certain specified personnel funded by county be under direction, control, & supervisions of chief judge; requires county to provide certain benefits to county-funded court employees; amends provision re authorization for board of county commissioners to adopt by ordinance additional court costs, etc. Amends FS.
