GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Peaden
Health Care Services [EPCC]; authorizes certain licensed entities to offer health flex plan; establishes small business health insurance plan grant program; requires ID card containing specified information to be given to insureds who have health & accident insurance; requires ID card containing specified information to be given to insureds under group health insurance policies & to persons having health care services through health maintenance contract, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
Effective Date: 01/01/2008 except as otherwise provided
