Elderly Person/Disabled Adult/Abuse; reclassifies offense of aggravated abuse of elderly person or disabled adult as first degree felony; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code, to conform; creates provision re training on identifying & investigating elder abuse for certified law enforcement officers; requires that training be completed by time certain, etc. Amends 825.102, 921.0022; creates 943.17296.
