Sales Tax Exemption/Defibrillators [SPCC]; provides sales & use tax exemption for defibrillators obtained by businesses for use on their premises; revises provisions re maintenance & training requirements & notice to local emergency medical services medical director; revises requirements for civil immunity for use or attempted use of defibrillator on victim of perceived medical emergency. Amends 212.08, 401.2915, 768.1325.
