JOINT RESOLUTION by Baker
Marine Facilities & Commercial Property [RPCC]; constitutional amendment to require assessment of working marine facilities, as defined by general law, on basis of existing or current use & to limit annual increases in assessment of lands used for commercial purposes to percentage, not less than 3%, specified by Legislature. Amends s. 4, Art. VII.
