Tax/Slot Machine Revenue/Broward Co. [EPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1038 & S218) imposes tax on revenues from slot machines located in certain pari-mutuel facilities located in Broward Co., as authorized by s. 23 of Art. X of the State Constitution; provides for remitting tax proceeds periodically to DOR; requires tax proceeds to be deposited in State School TF & used to supplement public education funding; provides penalties for failure to timely pay tax, etc. Amends 849.16.
