GENERAL BILL by Bennett

Managed Health Care Entities [SPCC]; authorizes AHCA to contract with certified HMOs if HMOs meet certain requirements; provides that provider service networks not operated by hospital are not exempt from certain financial requirements; requires certain provider service networks to meet certain financial requirements based upon when network was approved by agency for designation, etc. Amends 409.912,.91211, 641.225,.2261.
