Truth in Government Act [LPCC]; provides short title; eliminates authority for members of legislative committee to administer certain oaths & affirmations to witnesses; requires persons who address legislative committee to take oath or affirmation of truthfulness; provides exceptions; requires member of said committee to administer oath or affirmation; provides criminal penalties for certain false statements before said committee, etc. Amends 11.143; creates 11.1435.
