GENERAL BILL by Dockery

Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices [EPCC]; declares that unfair methods of competition, unconscionable acts or practices, & unfair or deceptive acts or practices used by motor vehicle dealers are unlawful; provides that motor vehicle dealer who willfully uses method or practice that victimizes or attempts to victimize senior citizens or handicapped persons commits unfair or deceptive trade practice; provides for attorney's fees for prevailing party, etc. Amends Ch. 501.
