Garnishment [EPCC]; requires defendant claiming exemption from garnishment to certify that notice of exemption claim was provided to plaintiff & garnishee; prescribes certificate of notice form & timeframes for filing claim of exemption; prescribes procedures by which plaintiff may voluntarily dissolve writ of garnishment & duties of clerk re voluntary dissolution of writ, etc. Amends 77.041,.07; repeals 222.12.
