JOINT RESOLUTION by Geller
Homestead Property Assessment [RPCC]; constitutional amendment to provide that replacement homestead property may be assessed at less than just value if taxpayer's former homestead property is sold for amount that exceeds purchase price of replacement homestead property, to require that claim of homestead exemption for replacement property be made no later than the second January 1 following sale of former homestead property, etc. Amends s. 4, Art. VII.
