JOINT RESOLUTION by Bennett
Homestead Property [RPCC]; constitutional amendment to authorize portability in certain circumstances of limitation in difference between just value & assessed value for homestead & nonhomestead property as local option; increases amount of homestead exemption from $25,000 to $50,000; provides that first $25,000 of assessed valuation is taxable & next $50,000 is exempt, etc. Amends ss. 4 & 6, Art. VII; creates new section in Art. XII.
