Sexual Predators or Offenders [LPCC]; requires that information on Internet registry re said predators & offenders include link to conviction & case information, if available; requires FDLE to report violations of supervision & arrests relating to reregistration requirements for said predators & offenders; requires search of National Sex Offender Public Website before person may work or volunteer at place where children congregate, etc. Amends Ch. 943, 947.1405, 948.30, 921.0022. APPROPRIATION: $322,791.
