SB 2310: County Development Permitting [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Bennett
County Development Permitting [RPCC]; prohibits county from requiring that applicant for development permit under Local Government Comprehensive Planning & Land Development Regulation Act secure federal authorization that is not required by federal law; provides for joinder of agency that issued statement, policy, or guidance in administrative proceeding to review county action on application for development permit which is based on issuance. Amends 125.022.
