SB 232: Domestic Violence/Injunction [LPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Domestic Violence/Injunction [LPCC]; provides that if person willfully violates injunction for protection against domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, or dating violence, or willfully violates foreign protection order accorded full faith & credit, by committing act of said violence, offense for which that person is charged is reclassified. Amends 741.31, 784.047.
