GENERAL BILL by Lynn
Health Insurance/Dependent Coverage [EPCC]; amends criteria governing mandatory coverage of dependent child under group, blanket, or franchise health insurance policies covering residents of this state; provides for said child to make written election to extend coverage or restore previously terminated coverage; provides guidelines for extended coverage & limitations on additional premiums; requires that notice re coverage for said child be provided to covered persons, etc. Amends 627.6562.
