GENERAL BILL by Posey

Colon Cancer Screening/Insurance [EPCC]; requires health insurance policies to provide coverage for colorectal cancer examinations; provides minimum requirements for screening examinations for colorectal cancer & laboratory tests; provides that patients & health care providers are not required to meet burdensome criteria in order to secure insurance coverage for said screening; provides that act does not apply to certain insurance policies, etc. Creates 627.64191.
