CLAIM/GENERAL by Hill
Relief/J. M. Chappell Descendents; directs Administrative Hearings Div. to appoint administrative law judge to determine whether basis for equitable relief exists for purpose of compensating descendents of Mrs. Johnnie Mae Chappell for any wrongful act or omission by State of Florida, or officials thereof; authorizes such compensation upon determination by administrative law judge; requires report to Legislature; authorizes award of attorney's fees. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION.
