Limited Liability Companies/Name; deletes certain authorized words or abbreviations in limited liability company names; requires company name to be distinguishable on records maintained by Corporations Div. of Department of State; provides exceptions; deletes name-recording requirement for department; provides for nonapplication of certain requirements re distinguishability of company names in certain records under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 608.406,.407.
