GENERAL BILL by Wise

Education [SPCC]; provides for assistance in program planning from DOE for all nonpublic postsecondary institutions; requires public & nonpublic postsecondary educational institutions that are accredited & participate in financial assistance programs to participate in statewide course numbering system; requires faculty credentials to meet requirements of DOE; authorizes DOE to impose administrative fine, etc. Amends 1007.24,.32.
