Department of Juvenile Justice [LPCC]; deletes obsolete reference to DCFS; deletes provisions exempting certain volunteers from background-screening requirements; specifies that all positions within DJJ are positions of special trust or responsibility; requires drug testing & background investigation as condition of employment & continued employment; authorizes DJJ to collect damages from contractor that fails to comply with background-screening requirements, etc. Amends 985.644.
