GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Aronberg
Construction Contracting [EPCC]; prohibits certified or registered contractor from performing work for which contractor is not properly licensed or from subcontracting work to unlicensed person to perform work that requires license; provides penalty; authorizes local jurisdictions to issue civil citations for violations of certain specified building laws. Amends 489.127.
