Innocence of Convicted Felons/Investigation [LPCC]; creates Florida Innocence Inquiry Commission; provides for filing of claims of innocence; requires claimant to waive certain procedural rights; requires claimant to sign agreement with commission; provides for claimant to be represented by legal counsel; authorizes commission to use certain procedures to obtain information re claim of innocence, etc. Creates 940.201-212.
