Transition Program/Students with Disabilities [SPCC]; creates said program to provide continuity in education of students with disabilities who formerly received scholarships under John M. McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program; provides eligibility criteria for students & private schools to participate in program; requires DOE notify parents of program; provides eligibility requirements for private schools that participate in program, etc. Creates 1002.371.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
