Administration of Trusts [LPCC]; limits definition of term "land trust" to arrangement in which title to real property is vested in trustee by recorded instrument that confers certain authority as prescribed by state law; limits ability of creditors or assignees of beneficiary to reach beneficiary's interest in trust; provides exception to provision authorizing attachment of trust distributions, etc. Amends Ch. 736, 689.071, 731.201,.303.
