SB 2626: Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Alexander

Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance [EPCC]; provides for proof of purchase of medical payments coverage when registering motor vehicle; provides that motor vehicle insurance policy that provides medical payments coverage may not be issued or delivered in this state unless policy contains specified minimum amounts of coverage for property damage liability arising from single accident or combined property damage & bodily injury liability in any one accident, etc. Amends Chs. 324, 627, 320.02.
