Public Employee Charitable Campaigns [RPCC]; deletes provision limiting charitable fundraising directed toward state employees within work areas during work hours, & for which state will provide payroll deduction, to Fla. State Employees' Charitable Campaign; creates Fla. Public Employees" Charitable Campaign; provides organization of campaign; provides that participation must be limited to certain nonprofit charitable federations & member agencies, etc. Amends 110.181; creates 110.182.
