Rules of Court Procedure & Practice [LPCC]; constitutional amendment to create judicial conference to propose & implement rules of court practice & procedure governing violations of criminal law, violations of criminal law by juveniles, & postconviction proceedings, subject to review by Fla. Supreme Court & Legislature approval; to prohibit courts from requiring or authorizing judicial review of criminal judgments or sentences except as authorized by general law, etc. Amends s. 2, Art. V.
