GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos
School Safety/Pocketknives [SPCC]; prohibits possession of common pocketknives on school property or other specified locations; provides exceptions; provides penalties; provides exemption from criminal liability for possession of specified weapons for persons who voluntarily surrender weapon in certain circumstances; conforms cross-references. Amends 790.115, 435.04, 921.0022.
