Property Insurance/Reinsurance [EPCC]; authorizes State Board of Administration to sell reinsurance to private insurance companies taking insurance policies from Citizens Property Insurance Corporation under certain circumstances; provides for discount to policyholders of said corporation; authorizes SBA to offer discounted reinsurance rates to said companies under certain circumstances; provides requirements for said companies to get discounted reinsurance rate, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
