Pardo-Arambul Act [LPCC]; requires law enforcement agencies to notify next of kin of decedents whose death occurs in certain circumstances; prescribes procedures to be followed re such notification; requires disciplinary action against officers who fail to make required notification or who fail to follow specified procedures for making such notification. Creates 960.046.
