Funeral & Cemetery Industry Regulation [EPCC]; prohibits certain persons from conducting, maintaining, managing, owning, or operating licensees under specified provisions; provides exception; revises regulation & practice of limited licensees; authorizes use of Internet courses for continuing education; provides for internment or entombment of decedent with remains of decedent's pet; conforms cross-references, etc. Amends Ch. 497, 553.36, 316.515, 627.702; creates 497.609.
