GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Commerce ; Fasano
Tax/Fractional Aircraft Ownership [EPCC]; defines term "fractional aircraft ownership program"; provides exemptions for sale or use of aircraft for primary use pursuant to said program, for parts & labor used in maintenance, repair, & overhaul associated with aircraft sold or used pursuant to such program, & for sale or use of fractional ownership interest pursuant to such program. Amends 212.02,.08.
