GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs
Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services [SPCC]; authorizes DCFS to establish facilities that provide services as integrated adult mental health crisis stabilization unit & addictions receiving facility; requires licensure; provides eligibility criteria for treatment services; requires department to adopt rules; eliminates requirement that providers of mental health or substance abuse services must be under contract with department. Creates 394.4996; amends 409.906.
