CS/SB 2866: Sexually Violent Predators [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Children, Families, and Elder Affairs

Sexually Violent Predators [SPCC]; provides for information concerning sexual acts & motivation in person's criminal history to be provided to multidisciplinary teams treating said predators; provides for use of physical force against person confined in secure facility as said predator under certain circumstances & for criminal penalties when force is used with malicious intent, etc. Amends 394.913, 916.1091; creates 394.9221,.9223.
