SB 2880: Transportation Funding [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Margolis
Transportation Funding [EPCC]; authorizes charter county or consolidated local government to adopt transportation system surtax by referendum; requires DOT to advertise for bids on all construction contracts of less than specified amount under certain circumstances; authorizes DOT to waive qualification requirements for contractors under certain circumstances; revises percentage of matching funds provided under Transportation Regional Incentive Program, etc. Amends FS.
