Off-premises Emergency Departments [SPCC]; authorizes hospitals to apply to AHCA for license to operate off-premises emergency department; requires off-premises emergency department to provide emergency services & care; provides requirements for licensing of off-premises emergency department; provides for future expiration of provisions of act. Amends 395.1041.
