GENERAL BILL by Atwater
Erosion/Dune Stabilization Or Restoration [RPCC]; redefines various terms to include use of dune stabilization or restoration structures within activities intended to preserve & rehabilitate beach or shore; requires DEP to examine & issue permits for installation of dune stabilization or restoration structures; provides for DEP, political subdivision, or municipality to install said structure without permit following storm event that causes critical erosion, etc. Amends Ch. 161.
