Lealman Special Fire Control District/Pinellas Co. [OPCC]; creates task force to review provisions governing authority over district lands annexed by municipalities or other fire control districts; requires hiring of professional facilitator; amends special act, as amended, to defer future repeal of provisions granting district taxing, enforcement, & service-providing authority over district lands annexed by municipalities or other said districts; repeals specified provisions to conform, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
