Firefighters & Police Pension Fund/Tampa [OPCC]; authorizes City of Tampa to enter into supplemental contract with certain firefighters & police officers to revise 13th Check Program funding; provides that act is contingent upon execution of contract between city & bargaining agents for firefighters & police officers; provides for execution of certain supplemental contract provisions by date certain or forever barring receipt of benefits therein provided, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
