Change of Name/Petition; requires that person filing petition for change of name submit fingerprints for state & national criminal history records check before court hearing on petition; provides exception to such requirement; provides procedures for taking & submission of fingerprints; provides for payment of costs associated with processing fingerprints & conducting criminal history checks; requires return of results of said records check to clerk of court, etc. Amends 68.07.
