Affordable & Workforce Housing Valuation/Rentals [RPCC]; constitutional amendment to allow counties & municipalities, by ordinance & applicable to their own tax levies, to authorize multifamily rental property used for either affordable housing or workforce housing to be assessed solely on basis of actual income from such property. Amends s. 4, Art. VII.
