[RPCC]; redesignates Lee County Sheriff's Department as Lee County Sheriff's Office; revises qualifications for membership on civil service board; revises requirements for demotions in rank following election of new sheriff; deletes certain restrictions on age at which applicant may be employed as deputy sheriff; deletes certain restrictions on employment of persons with medical discharge, etc.
