JOINT RESOLUTION by Haridopolos
Future Ad Valorem Taxes/Military Credit [RPCC]; constitutional amendment to authorize as provided by general law a credit against future ad valorem taxes owed on homestead property owned by each person who is member of U.S. military, military reserves, or Fla. National Guard & who qualifies for homestead exemption provided in specified provision at time he or she is deployed on active duty outside continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii, etc. Amends s. 3, Art. VII.
