SB 304: Public Guardianship Programs/Funding [LPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Public Guardianship Programs/Funding [LPCC]; authorizes county to enact ordinance imposing surcharge for noncriminal traffic infraction or violation to fund county's participation in said program; requires approval of ordinance by vote of board of county commissioners or by electors of county; prohibits court from waiving surcharge; directs each county & circuit court to assess surcharge for any misdemeanor offense, etc. Amends 318.18; creates 938.065; reenacts 318.121.
