Future Ad Valorem Taxes/Military Credit [RPCC]; constitutional amendment to authorize as provided by general law a credit against future ad valorem taxes paid on homestead property owned by each person who is member of U.S. military, military reserves, or Fla. National Guard & who has received homestead exemption provided in specified provision at time he or she is deployed on active duty outside continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii, etc. Amends s. 3, Art. VII.
